We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This position is located in Addison, TX.

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Consultant is to schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients, within an assigned market. The appointments are scheduled by the Inside Sales Consultant for market leaders and / or the executive OnTrack leadership team to attend.

The Inside Sales Consultant is confident, collaborative and a master of a stellar elevator pitch. You are also a good listener who can get to the heart of a prospects pain points and deliver our solution as the cure for their issues.

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• This position promotes OnTrack Staffing’s services to prospective customers via telephone or electronic marketing. This position will have outbound call responsibilities to build a pipeline of sales opportunities within the assigned market of focus.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
