Description

We are a Texas based Staffing agency best known for our OnSite model programs nationwide. We are currently looking for Recruiters to join our team for our Onsite locations in North Fort Worth, Texas. These are high volume, manufacturing accounts and you would be responsible for staffing warehouse/production facility with entry level and skilled labor positions.  Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!

Recruiter job responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and assigning associates to clients by conducting job interviews, administering and scoring tests, evaluating applicant skills, abilities and availability.
  •  You will complete the employment process by upgrading resumes, auditing all applicant completed documents, enter applications into the staffing software, correctly complete the I-9 and E-Verify process and conduct orientations about OnTrack policies, procedures, benefits and the employer/ employee relationship.
  •  This position will actively work to ensure proper associate documentation to reduce unemployment claims and on the job workplace injuries.
  •  Work closely with all team members and participate in the overall goals of the office.
  •  Must be able to work effectively under the daily stress of multiple, time- sensitive activities.
  •  Communicates regularly with Leadership concerning status of account
  •  Attends and participates in internal training programs when offered.
  •  Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and uses the information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement.
  •  Perform quality evaluations on temporary employees.
  •  Implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance such as absenteeism and turnover.
  •  Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High volume Light Industrial recruiting experience preferred
  •  Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
  •  High sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast- paced environment
  •  Ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
  •  Strong motivation for personal success.
  •  Strong computer skills including MS office, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  •  Well-developed problem-solving skills
  •  High levels of motivation and self-direction
  •  Flexibility on work hours to accommodate client peak and production needs
  • Valid Driver License
