Entry Level Warehouse Packers needed in Haslet TX. Immediate openings!!! The Warehouse Picker and Packer is responsible for building, stocking, and packaging 3rd party displays for customers. Additionally, this role works directly to pack or repack products supplied by customers and prep for distribution. All work performed must adhere to all site safety, quality and GMP standards in conjunction with a high level of urgency. No experience needed! On the job training provided! \

Available Shift

• We offer "On Demand/Flexible Scheduling" for candidates looking for part time or want to work shifts that align with their schedules. This is ideal for full-time students, retirees and those that are not looking to work more than 40 hours each week or adhere to a daily schedule.
•  1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30 pm $15 hourly
• 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30 pm $16 hourly
• 3rd shift Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30 am $16 hourly

Warehouse Packer Responsibilities

• Work either independently or within a group setting to package product or build displays according to work instructions
• Retrieve and stage inventory on the production lines as required
• Stage or restock finished product or additional inventory as required
• Monitor all material, both raw material and finished product, for potential damage or anything else that does not meet the specifications as outlined by the customer
• Continually upkeep housekeeping in all areas of the production floor; including returning items to their original location (i.e. trash cans, brooms, etc.)
• Assisting with regular or ad hoc inventory counts
• Operating the production packaging equipment safely per the work instructions
•  Follow all quality and site GMP requirements
• Follow all safety procedures including reporting all incidents
• Palletize products appropriately
• Must identify defective products
• Operate a pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and other required equipment
• Understand the production schedule
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

 Position Physical Requirements

• The physical ability to stand and or walk the entire shift
• The physical ability to occasionally bend/stoop, kneel, crouch, and squat to operate and maintain the facility frequently
• Must be able to read documents, printouts, computer screens and other communication.
• Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers.
• Must be able to reach, touch, grasp.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to Climb, Stoop/Kneel, Lift, Pull and Push
• Must be able to conduct yourself in a safe manner to avoid any accidents while on the production floor.
• Must be able to work in various environments based on building location and products. Level of Physical Requirements: Sedentary to medium work level; lifting and positioning weight loads up to 40 pounds.
