Skill set:
IT technician experience preferred
Experience with IBM / AS400 Series preferred
Assist operators in providing tech needs of servers. You will setup work stations with computers and necessary devices. You will troubleshoot computer hardware, install and configure software packages. You will maintain records of repair, fixes and hardware allocations.Will assist in daily monitoring of various systems, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.
