Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for communicating with potential customers from the quote to delivered product. They build a relationship and communicate with customers via phone and email. They coordinate multiple projects (a project typically consists of a package of doors) that are used to meet the customer’s goals. They communicate with the Operations Manager along with other independent teams in the company to bring the completed product to the customer within set timeframes. They work toward creating long term sales and achieving product goals for the company.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop meaningful relationships with customers (wholesale business to distributor business sales) to encourage trust and loyalty.
Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.
Respond to customer quote inquiries, write purchase orders, review templates, follow up with customer through delivered product, resolve warranty issues.
Follow up on leads to further the sales process.
Set and meet sales goals and objectives as defined by leadership.
Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates. Learn how to listen for common objections and utilize sales training to overcome them.
Organize daily activities as it relates to the customer’s projects and the goals of the organization. Devise new projects (using current products) that support the organization's objectives.
Evaluate and assess the projects strengths and weaknesses.
Monitor projects during various stages of the process.
Communicate customer priorities to CAD programmer, Production Manager, and Operations support, as necessary.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales analysis and tracking. Maintain and manage outcomes dashboard.
Meet with stakeholders to discuss sales goals.
Responsible for quality improvements in the sales process.
Continually scan the market environment to keep up with changes.

Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is preferred.
1-3 years sales and/or project management experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in QuickBooks or ability to learn QuickBooks.
Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced mathematical skills. Calculating percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately.
Interpersonal skills and a teamwork mentality. Interaction with operations, marketing, or other sales team members will occur to meet sales goals.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Persuasion and influencing skills.
Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
