• Cut grass around main buildings and roadways.
• Weed eat as necessary around building, fence lines, parking lots, etc. using power weed eater or manually.
• Fertilize according to an established schedule.
• Trim shrubs.
• Pick up all trash and debris from around company buildings or on company premises.
• Apply pesticides and herbicides to parking lots and fence lines.
• Fill and grade holes in non-paved parking lots.

• Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be DRUG FREE.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge).
• Must provide a 3-year Department of Motor Vehicle Report (DMV) with no more than 2 moving violations, no DUI convictions and no Reckless Driving.
• Ability to operate a riding lawn mower and other lawn care equipment, powered or hand held.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clear and concise instructions to employees.
• Ability to drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to function within working conditions and physical requirements as described above.
• Ability to work assigned hours. Including overtime and weekends as needed.

• Must be able to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 100 pounds and use hand tools.

• Exposed to all outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, insects and other conditions which may exist from time to time.
