Sarting pay is $19-20/hr depending on experience

 Full time 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to facilitate the efficient operation of our sales department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•              Welcome and direct visitors, customers, and vendors.

•              Maintain raw data related to daily shipment of product.

•              Receive glass orders and process related invoices.

•              Prepare and disburse invoices to customers.

•              Reconcile transactions with statements as needed.

•              Process door labels, packing slips, order tickets for production as needed.

•              Assist management in day-to-day activities.

•              Schedule order pickup and delivery.

•              Keep track of office supplies and order needs.

•              Process paperwork and maintain filing system as assigned.

•              Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries.

•              Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

•              High school diploma or commensurate experience required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

•              3-5 years in an administrative role.

•              Basic accounts payable and accounts receivable experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

•              Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

•              Proficient in QuickBooks or ability to learn QuickBooks.

•              Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

•              Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•              High attention to detail and organization.

•              Strong independent research ability.

•              Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping, filing, and alphabetizing.

•              Ability to prioritize work and manage tasks effectively.

•              Basic math skills.

•              Proficient in typing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•              Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

•              Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

•              Ability to maneuver through the office.
