The Onsite Coordinator will assist the Onsite Program with the daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and recruiting tasks associated to their assigned program. Must be flexible to work 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as central point of contact for client supervisors, management, and OnTrack associates for timekeeping and attendance records.
Completes data entry to into company and client HR and payroll systems, in accordance with documented procedures.
Conducts daily review of timekeeping and reports attendance violations to leadership teams.
Acts as 1st level of support for associate issues and concerns, escalating to the Onsite Manager, where appropriate.
Assists in coordinating interviews and confirming orientations for candidates.
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports and distribution to the correct groups.
Assists the Onsite Recruiting team, when needed, in assisting candidates with applications, drug tests, and background checks.Maintains, reviews, and audits training records and employee files both physically and digitally.
Communicates and assists in the enforcement of company policies, rules and regulations.
On orientation days, enters new hire information into client systems and company HR systems in a timely manner and assists associates with completing online training and first shift issues.
Ability to assist associates with installing mobile apps on their personal devices for timekeeping and time sheet approval.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Some limited supervisory responsibilities are required at times when counseling associates on procedures and identifying issues or concerns for escalation. The ability to accurately document and notate a sequence of events or investigation is required.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Experience in Office 365 and Excel is required as this position requires the ability to generate and troubleshoot advanced Excel documents. Understanding and willingness to use Microsoft Teams. Experience with Paycom, ADP, or other HRIS systems is preferred, but not required.
Experience in the staffing industry is not required.
Language Skills
Ability to read complex words and to recognize similarities and differences between works and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak complex sentences in English. Ability to speak in simple sentences in Spanish is preferred.
Mathematical and Reasoning Ability Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to detailed and involved written or oral instructions.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment, but may need to enter production areas at times in the course of their duties. The production area is in a secured area and may expose the employee to work areas with common cleaning agents and forklift traffic. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
