OnTrack Staffing is assisting an enterprise software company that provides  solutions specifically for the K12 market.  In short, they turn data analytics into meaningful communication. We are looking for a Regional Client Executive.  Must have current EdTech Experience with a history of selling to Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers along with working for a SAAS platform with Salesforce knowledge.

The Client Executive is a quota carrying direct field sales rep. The RSE works as a team with the Inside Sales / SDR function and is responsible for new sales within their defined territory. The CE will qualify new opportunities and work through the Buying Cycle to help prospects acquire the client solution.

The remote based role may require some travel to meet one-on-one with educators across your assigned territory (COVID restrictions permitting). The role also requires participation in industry events and consortiums to effectively represent our capabilities, build relationships, and efficiently build new sales pipeline.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Responsibilities:

  • Target, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain valuable relationships with key current customers.
  • Possess a keen understanding of buying personas and motivations. Adept and adjusting communication style to match the needs of specific personas.
  • Modify and tailor sales positioning and product demonstration to fully qualify prospects.
  • Produce accurate and effective quotes for new sales and customer renewals.
  • Effectively overcome technical and business objections with prospects and customers.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quota.
  • Attend industry events and consortiums as necessary to represent Client

Requirements:

  • Successful track record selling in K12 or public sector markets – 5 years minimum.
  • Experience with instructional technology & EdTech in general is a plus.
  • Earned Bachelors Degree or higher.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Track record of effectively developing a referral base from existing customers.
  • Impeccable follow up skills and experience working with an Opportunity Management System.
  • Ability to travel extensively to cover the defined territory.
  • Exceptional territory management skills.
  • Licensed to drive and operate a motor vehicle.
  • Clean driving record (within reason, of course).
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
