Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-230pm
Job Responsibilities:
-Fabricate and assemble wood components.
-Operate and monitor machinery, hold or supply materials and tools, load/unload items on machine and assembly lines.
-Manage the flow of materials throughout the plant.
-Produce high quality work that conforms to standards.
-Inspect products for any abnormalities.
-Maintain equipment and supplies.
-Maintain a clean work area so that hazards and debris are removed.
-Participate in on-the-job training initiatives to learn multiple areas.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Work over time as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Able to work in a team environment
-Hard working and motivated to learn a variety of skills
-Ability to listen, understand and follow directions
-Good verbal communication skills
-Good math skills
-Experience using and reading a tape measure
-Able to work a flexible schedule including over time & weekends
-Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
