As the OnSite Implementation program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Staffing Program Management team. You will be empowered to manage the day-to-day operations and assist with strategic development of your OnSite program in conjunction with the Client, the OnSite Program Manager and with the support of a dedicated Service Delivery team and Shared Back-Office Services team.

  • We are looking for an experienced MSP Professional with incredibly high integrity, an inquisitive mind and a passion for excellence.
  • This role will lead the OnSite staffing program and all aspects of new client engagement, compliance, training, transition and transformation and associated change plan across multiple departments, spanning multiple operating units, positions and staffing variables within your client’s operation.
  • The primary focus will be on leading and executing the change management plans that maximizes OnSite leadership/recruiting, contingent employee/team, and business engagement.
  • The role will be responsible for providing transparent progress updates to key stakeholders including reporting, metrics, and analysis against agreed outcomes and evaluating, trouble-shooting and resolving all expected and unexpected challenges.

  • Manages OnSite staffing service.
  • Defines problems and scope parameters of full implementation or assigned components, developing solution specifications, identifying, securing and setting up needed resources in human capital, IT, office space/furniture/equipment, this will include hands on recruiting to build initial contingent work force within required time frame as necessary.
  • Develops a management plan, budget, timetable and milestones, identifying structures of authority and processes for decision making within the implementation/components, and ultimately managing the execution of the plan and post implementation evaluation of outcomes.
  • Plans and structures work activities for team and monitors progress and results.
  • Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress.
  • Creates formal networks with key decision makers.
  • Challenges and trains team members to use a disciplined approach for driving consistent adoption of required systems, processes and methods.
  • Fosters teamwork and adherence to new operating norms.
  • Coach and/or Lead product/client development assignments as necessary demonstrating the agile skills, process, and tools needed for success.
  • Acts as an escalation point to address or escalate issues as required.
  • Mitigates project risks and ensures that all on-going work meets all regulatory compliance, safety, OSHA and audit requirements.
  • Develops and executes plans to develop integrated work relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Works collaboratively, directly or indirectly, with clients and/or partners in those areas that interface with the company.
  • Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for team.
  • Monitor all implementation requests and administer staff working and assist team and senior implementation managers and provide required coaching for same.
  • Evaluate all management information reports and ensure achievement of all team objectives and provide support to senior implementation manager.
  • Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with all marketing and technical departments.
  • Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
  • Implementation Manager works specifically with new client sites, and as such this position requires managers to travel to those sites and stay for the duration of the implementation. To reiterate--this role is 100% travel.
  •  This is a home based position when not traveling.
  • You will regularly work 45 to 50 hours per week, sometimes being on your feet 10 to 12 hours per day.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of Staffing and large onsite contingent team implementations experience at a similar level
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business, Finance, and IT
  • Project Management experience
  • PMP Certification and/or Black Belt certification, MS Project skills and experience with implementations in the staffing industry.
  • Staffing industry experience – in a similar role required
  • Five to seven + years of business experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work from home and/or in the corporate office (Addison, TX) and travel up to 50% of the time (eventually) to launch new onsite teams and provide highest level of customer success
