Our expectations from you as our Onsite Manager/Recruiter:

  • We are looking for a creative, energetic individual that has a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their role at the client location.
  • An Onsite Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client's HR function and direct representative of our firm, managing all aspects of client contingent workforce, to include business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent employees.
  • Having prior recruiting experience in light industrial environment is a STRONG PLUS!
  • Build and maintain strategic partnership with the client through developing an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies and best practices.
  • Maintain close contact with the key principles at the account to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirement. Fill orders for temporary, contingent or temp to perm employees. Evaluate employee skills and match employee to each assignment.
  • Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent at all times.
  • Screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.
  • Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships through in person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the on-site client.
  • Have the ability and knowledge to make the best match for the client and the talent.
  • Consistently exceed client and talent expectations, and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.
  • When needed participate in production meetings to understand needs of client.
  • Participate in/Conduct weekly meetings with lead supervisors/recruiters to share client’s needs and plan strategy.
  • Check-in new temporary employees. Take temporary employee call-offs and coordinate replacements.
  • Orientation of all temporary employees to client’s procedures, systems and work environment as well as policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records and process timesheets and forward to payroll department for all temporary employees.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or billing discrepancies.
  • Develop/maintain quality standards for temporary employees. Coach/counsel temporary employees, evaluate their performance, conduct performance reviews as required and terminate employees as appropriate.
  • Maintain/Develop reports/questionnaires to determine the quality of service
  • Act as liaison between client and branch office and provide feedback on temporary employee performance to both parties.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual headcount and attrition reports.

You will bring to the table these qualifications:

  • Staffing industry experience strongly preferred – in a similar onsite role preferred.
  • High volume Light Industrial recruiting/staffing team management experience preferred.
  • Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast- paced environment.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
  • Strong motivation for personal success.
