OnTrack Staffing is looking for a Benefits Administrator in Leesburg, AL. Primary responsibility is to support and maintain benefits, activities and projects for the HR department. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits!

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Implement all benefit plans (i.e. 401k, BCBS medical, dental, prescription, STD, LTD, AD&D, Cobra, Vision, FMLA, Medical Clinic, etc.)
- Work with Insurance Broker on benefit plan terms, costs, open enrollment
- Complete all required governmental reports associated with benefit plans (Sch A, 5500, Sec 125, etc.)
- Distribute benefit information to associates through mailings, attachments to pay checks, and conducting training classes
- Facilitate associates that need to use FMLA. Track and maintain forms and documentation in order to keep associates and management informed.
- Track and maintain benefits enrollment meetings (401k, BCBS, FSA, etc)
- Process invoices for benefits plans, etc
- Complete all data entry/changes in all benefits’ websites, databases, spreadsheets, and ADP
- Provide benefit auditors the required information on a timely basis
- Conduct associate orientations (Sections 1-4 of Associate handbook)
- Issue COBRA letters as needed
- Work flexible hours, overtime, and/or weekends as needed
- Maintain attendance per policy
- Work in a team environment
Additional Job Responsibilities
- Maintain bulletin board with current & relevant benefit-related information
- Complete cross-training assignments as needed in HR
- Participate in planning and implementing activities with HR associates
- Complete TPM assignments/requirements in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned to the satisfaction of the Human Resources Coordinator or Management.
Education/Knowledge
High School Diploma or general equivalent diploma (GED).
Experience
At least two (2) years, in an office environment in a job related field.
Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively use computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages.
Communication
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

The associate may frequently lift and move about 4 to 8 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry items weighing 20 pounds for a short distance.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Associates are required to work in a typical office environment where the temperature is controlled throughout the year, but may occasionally be warm or cool to individual preferences. Associates are required to work an 8-hour day (not including overtime or other factors affecting the production schedule). Associates are required to wear personal protective equipment, which includes, uniform and safety shoes (when going into the production area - bump cap, safety glasses, earplugs, sleeves and gloves).
