Logistics company in Grapevine, Texas is looking for Warehouse Workers/General Labors. These are temp to hire positions with Benefits from Day 1! We are currently hiring. We are looking for entry level warehouse associates to perform testing, refurbishment of electronic product. This is a climate controlled facility.
1st Shift Mon/Fri 6:30am-3:30pm
2nd Shift Mon/Fri 2:30- 11:00pm
Weekend Shift 6am-7pm
Pay $15-17/Hr
$4/hr added to overtime pay with perfect addentence

SUMMARYUnder general supervision and as assigned, Warehouse Worker/General Labor receives, inventories. This position for Warehouse Worker/General labor interacts with a lead and/or supervisor several times a day to receive assignment, direction and feedback. All non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advanced approval.
Warehouse Worker/General laborer ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a team member in the assigned department or section to achieve or exceed department objectives; Assist with special projects as directed
- Achieve production and quality goals in the assigned department or section
- Follow procedures; Ensure high-quality output; Accurately check processes and tasks with a high degree of attention to detail
- Complete high volumes of work effectively and efficiently under demanding time constraints and workflow
- Uphold and follow safety standards; Identify and correct conditions that could impact employee safety
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands, walk, stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Must possess the dexterity to utilize small hand-held tools and other mechanical/electrical production or cleaning equipment safely and without assistance
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1+ years of experience in a Distribution Center, Electronic Refurbishment or Light Industrial environment
- Working knowledge of personal electronic devices, computer hardware or electronics is highly preferred
