Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect, test and audit product processes following set procedures and exercising reasonable judgment. Attention to detail is essential and required as you will work within a fast-paced production environment that requires your effective performance of a variety of quality inspection operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform technical operations (within procedural verbatim compliance) related to the test and inspection of electronic assemblies, mechanical and molded materials.
• Perform quality inspection operations following instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Entering relevant data and audit/inspection results on forms and, as required, in computer database.
• Documenting relevant facts and information to support work performed
• Participating in continuous improvement and team building activities.
• Maintain productive working relationships with all team members.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required skills/experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Familiar with basic electronic test equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills including effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is required.
• Must have knowledge of basic hand tools and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to interact effectively and communicate in a positive manner with all levels of Company personnel.
• Ability to use a personal computer and basic computer software (i.e. Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to address multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired Skills:
• Basic soldering and desoldering skills or willing to complete training
• One year of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Shifts and Pay Rates:

• Mon-Thur 6a-4:30p - $12-14/hr DOE
• Fri-Sun 6a-6:30p - $13-14.40/hr DOE
