Description

OnTrack Staffing is looking for Weekend Recruiters. We are supporting a busy eCommerce site and will need coverage 10am-7pm Thursday-Monday or 10am-7pm Saturday-Wednesday.

  • 10am-7pm Saturday-Wednesday (off Thursday and Friday)

The Onsite Recruiter effectively manages field employees at a key client's work site. Ideal candidate will be creative, energetic that has a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their role at the client. This is a great full-time opportunity to work for one of the best on-site programs in the nation!

Responsibilities:

  • Personifies our company at the work site.
  • Nurtures, builds, and maintains strong relationships between the client and our company.
  • Coordinates activities to fulfill client needs, including as appropriate the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment.
  • Maintains all support functions for field employees at client site, including but not limited to timekeeping system, payroll and attendance reports, invoicing, productivity reports, field employee orientations and performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
  • Makes frequent rounds of the facility to engage with employees and manages, ensure cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Fosters and works within an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety.
  • Manages field employee employment at the site, including coaching, counseling, and removal from assignment.
  • Facilitates on-site events for field employees on site, including but not limited to recognition and retention programs, safety awareness programs, and social events.
  • Facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents at the site.
  • Communicates regularly with Leadership concerning status of account
  • Documents all transactions thoroughly, as required by branch model and brand SOP’s.
  • Participates in scheduled service reviews at client site
  • Attends and participates in internal training programs when offered
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and uses the information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform quality evaluations on temporary employees.
  • Implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance such as absenteeism and turnover.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

We're looking for an experienced Staffing professional that can handle recruiting, coaching/counseling, reporting and KPI tracking, payroll, record keeping, and other administrative duties as needed

  • Production/Warehouse/Retail Management background - ideal for this role!
  • Staffing industry experience required-similar onsite role preferred
  • High volume Light Industrial recruiting/staffing team management experience preferred
  • Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast- paced environment
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
  • Strong motivation for personal success.
  • Strong computer skills including MS office, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • High levels of motivation and self-direction
  • Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift
