Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday Day Shift hours & Weekends as Needed.

Job Summary:
Travel to job sites throughout North America to install and repair industrial packaging machinery. Determine the causes of electronic failures, using tools such as: digital voltmeters and oscilloscopes. Read wiring diagrams to interface between multiple machines. Provide excellent customer service, develop rapport with client and maintain strong working relationship. Submit job related paperwork in a timely manner using database, spreadsheets and word-processing software.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work unsupervised on projects
Ability to rent vehicles
Must have a valid Passport and Driver's License
Must have Personal Auto Insurance
Customer Service Skills required along with ability to work with customers, vendors, and other employees
Must have 2 years hands on equipment maintenance experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work at varying heights within a plant/warehouse atmosphere
Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints
Must pass driving record, drug test and background check
Must not have nut allergies
