Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment problems.
• Design, modify, and install equipment as needed.
• Communicate with departmental supervisor and management regarding equipment problems, needed repairs, and scheduling of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain equipment files and updating electrical schematics to note changes
• Maintain Electrical parts and supplies inventory
• Understanding of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic energy sources.
• Work with blueprints, specifications, and other standards including NEC Codes
• Knowledge Industrial Electrical Maintenance
• Follow all required work safe practices including lock-out tag-out requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas including arc flash protective equipment.
Requirements:
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN WITH EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF PLC’S, VFD’S, INSTRUMENTATION AND MOTOR CONTROL CIRCUITS.
MUST HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF HYDRAULICS AND PNUEMATICS.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training
