We are seeking recruiters to join our OnSite team in Irving, TX! Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.  Must be able to dress metal free.  Must be flexible on work hours 11am-8pm.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Fill Job Orders in timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Agency Recruiting
• Prefer experience recruiting for light industrial or manufacturing position
• Aility to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexible to stay late or work weekends as needed for production and Peak times
