If you are a disciplined, consistent, persistent Recruiter with success in high volume recruiting in Light Industrial field then this is the position for you!

Our expectations from you as a Recruiter:

  • The Recruiter is the link between the client companies and the associates.  The primary emphasis is filling job orders with urgency. The pace is fast, the tools are strong and the culture is positive. Avionte ATS/CRM a plus.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and assigning associates to clients by conducting interviews, administering and scoring tests, evaluating applicant skills, abilities and availability.
  • You will complete the employment process by upgrading resumes, auditing all applicant completed documents, enter applications into the staffing software, correctly complete the I-9 and E-Verify process and conduct orientations about OnTrack policies, procedures, benefits and the employer/ employee relationship
  • The Recruiter is also responsible for retaining qualified associates once on-boarded and for inside sales, including responsibility for increasing sales and hours by making telephone calls for a portion of each day.
  • This position will be responsible for conducting periodic sales and service calls on existing and potential clients to identify and solve problems as well as stimulate greater business opportunities
  • On occasion client tours and visits will be required to observe working conditions, safety issues, production requirements, and assignment details.
  • This position will actively work to ensure proper associate documentation to reduce unemployment claims and on the job work place injuries.
  • Work closely with all team members and participate in the overall goals of the office.
  • Must be able to work effectively under the daily stress of multiple, time- sensitive activities.

Job Requirements

  • A team oriented but highly motivated/competitive attitude determined to be the top producer (LI recruiting preferred) with solid, high energy, customer sales/service focused attitude and experience and a love for serving and helping people at all ends of the spectrum.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and an intellectual curiosity that drives you to energetically and creatively develop solutions for the benefit of your clients.
  • An appropriate college degree or equivalent quantifiable/documented successful staffing industry experience with one 6 month to one year minimum high volume staffing experience ideally.
  • Must be fluent in speaking/reading/writing English/Spanish
