We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with the ability and skill set to maintain and service plant operating equipment, HVAC, electrical, and in-plant general necessities as well as other duties as assigned.  This is Direct Hire opportunity 2nd shift 2:30P.M.-1:00 A.M. Monday-Thursday; Friday; 2:30-11:00P.M. $21.00-$27.00 DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment, and facility/building issue
• Knowledge of 110v, 240v, and 480v systems
• Able to read and understand electrical schematics
• Ability to program and service PLC’s
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics
• Working knowledge of pneumatic systems
• Ability to read pneumatic schematics
• Working knowledge of and proper use of all hand tools
• Ability to weld
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Working knowledge and use of all meters and gauges needed to perform all duties.
• Ability to program and service PLC’s
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Follow and or assist in development of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience and or an Associate’s degree in Electrical Studies or apprenticeship program
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Welding experience
• PLC experience
