We are currently looking for production and assembly workers for 3rd shift in Shorter, AL.

These are full time positions and the hours are from 10:00 PM to 06:30 AM. The pay is $10.30/hr.

As a manufacturing and assembly warehouse associate you will be responsible for:

• Performing all operations related to manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products
• Flexibility to shift rotation and movement between work centers
• Operating equipment safely and perform all function in the work center and be able to troubleshoot problems to advise Team Lead/Supervisor
• Maintaining all required documentation and complying with all plant policies
  

Ideal candidate must have the following:

• Able to work 8 hours per day. Occasional overtime may be required.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and good work ethic.
  

Requirements:

• must have steel toed boots
• must have a way to work everyday
• Can not miss time in 1st month.
• Wants to grow and develop into a better manufacturing professionalResponds well to suggestions from Supervisors and Team Leaders on ways to improve performance.
  
  Qualifications:
• Must be able to be at work everyday you are scheduled
• Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift
• Willing to learn different positions and work where the supervisor or manager needs you
• Able to follow instructions
