OnTrack Staffing is looking for a Production Scheduler/IT Support in Shorter AL. This is a 2nd shift position 1pm-10pm $11-$14/per hour

This position is responsible for reporting and monitoring Customer’s requirements and Production scheduling to ensure 100% on time delivery. This position is the first and main source of all communication concerning our Customers sequence requirements to us. This position also is critical in the emergency response in all data break situations in our processes.

Responsibilities

Monitor of Broadcast
Monitor shipment of FEM's to ensure the adequate stock is on hand
Daily reconciliation of shipments to customers.
Production reporting in ERP (SAP) system for all production lines.
Processing of Kanbans as needed to support production.
Daily review of ALTA system for missing sequence scans.
Troubleshooting any issues with production data and shop floor systems.
Assist in the continuing improvement project associated with production systems.
Communicate with support personnel for process improvement.
Create/Update spreadsheets to support Shipping reporting.
Oversee backup processes in support of production.
Input production report data to the system.
IT: Diagnose and support computer hardware, network systems, computer software programs, and telephony issues accurately and quickly.
IT: Use good judgment to assist the customer immediately or whether to escalate the issue to an appropriate colleague.
IT: Work with and handle tickets and requests professionally, promptly, and accurately
Qualifications

Experience using SAP software is a plus
Strong Mathematical Skills is required
MES system knowledge is a plus
Analytical and problem solving skills is required
High school graduate or above.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
