• mechanical ability and a desire to learn welding as a new trade
• Mechanical ability
• Prefer candidates with a construction or mechanical background
• Able to stand, walk, bend and twist entire shift
• Able to lift 40 to 50 lbs
• Meet background requirements
• Able to pass drug test
  

1st shift 5:30am to 5:30pm $13.50 to start $16.50 after 60 days
2nd shift 5:30pm to 5:30am $14.50 to start $17.50 after 60 days
