OnTrack Staffing in Denton, TX is searching for Collections Specialist for a well-established company in the Gainesville area.
Pay: $12-14 per hour
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday- Friday
Dress: Business casual
Job Description: Maintain and organize accounting files • Research and reconciliation of open AR to identify and resolve past due invoices • Initiate collections of past due items via telephone and e-mail to reduce past due invoices • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement • Documentation must be clear and thorough on all collection activity • Timeliness on all collection action plans and agreements • Provide supporting documents for audit purposes Qualifications: • 3+ years collection experience • Ability to work in a fast pace environment • Strong problem solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication IFS Coatings is the largest privately owned powder coating manufacturer in the USA.
