Position Summary:

Assist leadership with process work flow for the assigned department area.

• Recognize the process flow
• Work with work instructions to complete customer needs and requests
• Assist Floor Supervisor with work flow and attendance
• Promote teamwork throughout the shift
• Report issues to supervisor and management
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma with 3-5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience with electronics
• Ability to lead work flow and lead diverse team members (approx. 20 reports)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Detail orientated
• Analytical thinking ability
• Keep your work area daily, according to the standard of the 5S 's
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing /EMC Teams and / or FIH key principles on quality, costs, productivity and social responsibility, etc.
• Comply with and enforce the provisions of the System Management Environment, Health and Safety.
• Ensure that policies, procedures and work instructions of your work area are updated and implemented.
• Comply with the annual mandatory training plan.
• Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System according to the applicable standards.
• Ensure that determine and fulfill the requirements according to Customer commitment and regulatory provisions applicable.
