Description

We are looking for an Office Manager.  Must have 3 years minimum experience in accounting or bookkeeping.  You will be responsible for daily accounts payable and receivables duties and online banking.  Looking up information for clients and insurance compnaies.  Getting mail, daily reporting through excel.  Will be working with 5 different programs some interacting with each other posting invoices in the estimating system and transferring into Quick Books Pro, closing repair orders, communicating with coworkers on information needed to finalize closing repair orders.  Paying vendors with COD delivery's or on the phone orders with check or credit cards.  Collecting W-9 forms for new vendors.  You will be responsible for end of month reports as well.   Must have good computer skills and be dependable.  Management experience is a plus. 

Duties/Experience Includes:  Quick Books Pro 2013 and up, accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, journal entry's, financial reports, multi-tasking, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Budgeting, Organization skills.
