Credit Representative I
This position is responsible for internal and external customer communication and assistance. Additional responsibilities include credit risk analysis of point of sale transactions as well as payment processing and management.
Processing customer payment requests ensuring accuracy and managing payment information through automated systems maintaining PCI compliance standards

Providing assistance and information for all internal and external customer inquiries
|
Reviewing point of sale charge requests providing credit risk analysis to determine credit worthiness
|
Answering all incoming queue calls maintaining service level goals
|
All other duties as assigned
|
New Account Representative I The New Account Representative creates new full service accounts for customers in the US and Canada. They review all Credit applications and corresponding paperwork received to ensure it is completed properly and all criteria is met before creating an account. Upon completion they scan documentation for future reference.

Processing new accounts through CRM and BSG01 |
Scanning final documentation for retention to Access (Filebridge) |
E-mail c ommunication with the customer/DSC daily for status of new accounts |
Research prior documention for inquiry as requested |
