Ability to interpret and read blueprints.
Must be able to operate hand power tools.
Must be able to work long hours 6 days a week.
Have strong sense in Quality of work.
Enforce all company expectations in the areas of Safety, Quality, & Productivity
Must have excellent attendance and performance record
