This position will be responsible for auditing of the facility inventories; precious metal, purchased inventory, and manufacturing supplies. The position will also assist with internal control processes and analysis for loss prevention. The position must also recognize and resolve discrepancies, create reports, and prepare quantitative statements that help with inventory control duties.
Job Specifications:
* Must be computer literate and demonstrate same
* Must have excellent written and communication skills
* Must have understanding of process flow to go to previous operation when issues are found
* 70% of day walking, 30% of day using computer
* May require flexible hours to include overtime
* Must be able to wear and use necessary protective clothing and/or equipment
Knowledge and Experience:
Strong Excel and Access Database skills. Must possess problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills are needed. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. AS400 experience is desire, but not required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
