Pay: $16.50/hr

Shift: Mon-Thursday, 6a-430pm

General Description and Responsibility:
Work as part of a team or individually having responsibility for preparing products
for shipment to customer. Ability to unload sheet metal from tables. Operate PEM
machines. Examine the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the
next step in production. Pack finished products into correct boxes and onto pallets.
Qualifications and Requirements
? Experience working as a general laborer in a manufacturing setting.
? Must be able to inspect parts and deem them free from defects before assembly.
? Ability to work to a predetermined production schedule and effectively communicate
with production management.
? Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment in an effective, safe manner
? Familiar with all Company QA/QC and safety procedures/regulations
? Strong problem solving skills
? Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
? Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions and decimals.
? Ability to use hands repetitively to handle, move, and/or lift objects up to 50 pounds
? Ability to balance, squat, kneel bend, twist, stoop and climb stairs and ladders
? Ability to continuously stand, walk and sit
? Communicate (i.e. talk, hear)
? Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed
to an uncontrolled climate environment.
