OnTrack Staffing is Hiring in North Ft. Worth. Entry Level Operators and Material Handlers to work 1st shift Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm at $11hr - $12.50hr.
Entry Level Operator Responsibilities:
• Following material flow to perform high-level and complex inspections
• Testing of product
• Scanning of documents and packaging
• Material supply and scrap coordination
• Meeting production targets and supporting leads and technicians daily
• Troubleshooting, issue resolution and reinforcing quality practices to meet and achieve goals
• Reading prompts, validating serial numbers into the assigned application
• Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line
• Work at different work stations as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
Entry Level Material Handlers Responsibilities:
• Accurately selecting product according to the customer’s batch/order specifications. Product is to be organized, minimizing damage to the item, keeping paperwork attached.
• Ensuring inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Reporting quality variances to supervisor.
• Pulling and preparing product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
• Keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.
