Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-230pm
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor assigned area performance and KPIs
Investigate issues related to area underperformance
Review and execute corrective actions to address issues
Communicate with Shift Leader regarding daily production expectations
Notify leader of any issues involving personnel
Follow the schedule and rotate employees in order to maximize schedule attainment and efficiency
Use SAP for productin entry, scrap reporting and part identification
Ensure quick and timely expedition of parts to their designated area
Ensure that all paperwork is properly filled out and taken to supervisor
Assist with on the job training for new operators and maintain thorough knowledge and skil of all area work stations
Perform random audits for acceptable quality on each work station
Communicate with team members any directives from shift leaders
Maintain prompt and regular attendance as scheduled
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High School or equivalent
1 year of related experience
Ability to obtain a forklift license
Ability to operate a scan gun
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
Self motivated, team player, Positive Attitude and demonstrate accountability for actions
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to handle/lift up to 40 pounds
Must be able to work over time and weekends as needed.
Environment: Exposed to fumes, dust and debris. Safety glasses are provided.
